If you are those mums-to-be who are taking vitamin D in your pregnancy you are surely doing the right thing. You are safe guarding your baby’s future dental health. The vitamin helps make teeth grow strong. Which can help prevent cavities in toddlerhood. But if you are already a mom and didn’t take vitamin D previously it’s never too late to start caring for your little one’s teeth. Brush your baby’s teeth as soon as they start appearing and make it a daily routine. Give your baby, a baby tooth brush and let him chew it – that also count as brushing. Take a small amount of tooth paste and gently brush in circular motion. If your child resist try giving your child a toy which he gets to hold while you clean the teeth.
