Prenatal Meditation Techniques

Pregnancy brings stress but there are ways to combat it. Meditation helps a lot. Deep belly meditation is helpful. Hold the stomach like cradling the baby and take deep breaths slowly. Try this for 5 minutes a day. Visualize a wave as it helps decrease the pain. View each contraction as a wave. Watch it peak in intensity and allow it to slow down. Relax the forehead muscles between the eyebrows for good relaxation.
