Chakra Meditation During Pregnancy

Chakra Meditation helps pass the nourishment, emotions, and thoughts of the mother to the unborn child. So, you need to be calm and positive while performing chakra meditation. Perform the meditation in the early morning hours or before hitting the bed. Sit down straight on lie on your back with hands on your womb. While meditating, breathe gently assuming a waterfall flowing from bottom to top. Mentally chant the Gayatri Mantra as you aim to transmit positive energy to the unborn baby.
